We are currently recruiting for a Brand Specialist to join our Volvo Dealership in Leamington Spa. The working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working Sundays on a rota basis (8.30 to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays).
As a Volvo Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging customers with the latest Volvo products and technologies. As part of the sales team, you will deliver presentations of our products and vehicles, showing an outstanding knowledge and understanding of all things Volvo. Don’t worry if you’re not a Volvo expert right now - our comprehensive training programme will teach you everything you need to know to become a Volvo Brand Specialist.
Role And Responsibilities- Organising photography of used cars for internet advertising and preparation of vehicles for handover.
- To create and maintain a positive customer-friendly sales environment.
- To offer and promote the value of all new and used vehicles in line with Listers and the brand’s trading policies.
- To always be prepared to receive and welcome new customers’ enquiries (via telephone, walk‑in, e‑mail and LiveChat).
- To guide and inform the customer whilst being able to give a competent and enthusiastic presentation of all of the vehicles within the product range.
- To achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
You don't need to be from the motor industry; however, you will have a proven record of excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with people. The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers is essential. You will hold a valid UK driver's licence. You may have previous motor trade experience (preferred), but ultimately hold the potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
