Listers Group in Boston is seeking an Aftersales Manager for our Toyota Dealership.
The role runs 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday with Saturday rota duties.
Basic salary £40,000 with an OTE up to £68,000 plus benefits, including a company car, and a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
You will lead workshop, service and parts teams, set budgets, drive sales targets and improve centre performance, while coaching staff to reach their full potential and uphold brand standards.
