We are currently recruiting for a high achieving Aftersales Manager for our Toyota Dealership based in Patchway, North Bristol. The hours of work are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Listers Toyota Bristol (North) is the European flagship for Toyota and Lexus. It is a 21 bay workshop, with dedicated MOT, wheel alignment and SMART repair facilities. Benefits include the use of a company vehicle and an OTE of £75,000.
In every aspect of our dealerships the aim is always to exceed customer expectation. Customer care is of paramount importance within this role as you will be leading from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Accountable for all workshop, service and the parts department staff, you will manage, coach and develop the team to reach their full potential and performance.
- Planning, forecasting and delivering sales targets.
- Growing workshop utilisation and efficiency.
- Responsible for your own budget, you will relish the opportunity to drive the business forward.
- Working closely with other department managers to drive the overall centre performance.
About you
This role would ideally suit someone who has previously worked as a Senior Service Advisor, Service Manager, Parts Manager, Assistant Aftersales Manager or experienced Aftersales Manager. You will have the drive and talent to push the department forward; working to achieve agreed KPI’s and brand standards. You must be able to demonstrate a profitable and successful track record of delivering outstanding results as well as delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. In addition, you need to have strong management and leadership skills, a winning mentality and a real passion for the brand. Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
