We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our regional team at Audi Worcester, supporting our Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda & Seat / CUPRA division. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the submission and oversight of all warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.

Hours: 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm. Basic salary is £32,000 plus a turnover based monthly incentive giving an OTE of £33,000.

You’ll oversee the accurate and timely completion of warranty-related administration, ensuring all processes comply with manufacturer and group policies.

Responsibilities
  • Process warranty and retail invoices efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service team and manage work‑in‑progress updates.
  • Liaise with manufacturers to resolve submission issues and implement necessary corrections.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure successful warranty claim submissions.
  • Reconcile paid claims and maintain precise, up-to-date warranty records.
  • Stay informed on the latest warranty bulletins and communicate updates to Technicians and relevant colleagues.
  • Ensure all job cards comply with warranty standards and bulletins, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures related to warranty management.
Qualifications
  • Previous exposure to a Warranty Administrator role is ideal but not essential as training will be given.
  • A well‑presented individual with the desire, character and attitude to succeed.
  • Solid experience of Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications.
