We are currently recruiting for a high achieving Aftersales Manager for our Volkswagen Dealership based in Nuneaton. Excellent package including an OTE of £60,000 - £70,000 plus a company car working to achieve agreed KPI’s and brand standards.
You must be able to demonstrate a profitable and successful track record of delivering outstanding results as well as delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. In addition, you need to have strong management and leadership skills, a winning mentality, and a real passion for the brand. Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
