Listers Group is currently selecting suitable applicants to attend a Sales Executive Recruitment Day which will be held in Solihull on Thursday 19th March 2026. We are looking to recruit ambitious, smart and results motivated individuals to be Sales Leaders of the future. We aren’t looking for the finished article as we will in turn offer a comprehensive induction through our accredited sales executive training programme.
You must have a full, valid driving licence and be able to work between 08.30 and 18:00 Monday – Saturday with a day off in the week, and alternate Sundays 10:00 – 16:00.
What we are looking for:
- Ideally you will have experience in a customer facing environment, either sales or customer service focused.
- Unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent.
- A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed.
- An individual with the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
- A real hunger to meet and exceed targets and KPI's.
