Overview
Due to continued expansion within the Listers Group we are now seeking a Transporter Driver to deliver our new vehicles Nationwide. This role is working between our Lincoln, Boston and Grantham sites.
The hours of work are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Weekends can be taken as overtime or can be taken in lieu where only weekend collections can take place.
Excellent salary of £30,000 plus benefits.
Responsibilities
- Delivering vehicles to customer’s homes or work premises and ensuring the completion of all relevant paperwork.
- Providing a professional and courteous hand-over to the customer.
- Receive and receipt for the collection of payments from customers where required.
- Collection of vehicles from Motor dealers around the Country.
What we’re looking for
- This role would ideally suit someone who has previously worked as a Driver, Transporter or HGV2 Driver ideally within a dealership environment.
- A reliable and well presented individual with a professional attitude.
- Someone confident in their ability to deal with customers face to face.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
- Good geographical knowledge.
- A competent and confident driver.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A flexible working attitude, but in recognition of this a competitive salary awaits.
