We are currently recruiting for a F&I / Sales Administrator to join our Audi Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. We require a highly organised administrator to provide support to the retail sales team, to ensure all paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales department in the processing of customers’ vehicle orders and all associated administration.
  • Process vehicle orders, support Retail Managers to collate finance paperwork and order tracking details.
  • Manage a heavy workload and prioritise work schedules.
  • Liaise between customers and in-house departments to ensure vehicles are prepared exactly to customer requirements.
  • Ensure all paperwork and communications meet Listers Compliance standards.

About you

  • Previous experience of Vehicle Sales Administration or Audit roles would be advantageous, as clear attention to detail is required.
  • Able to work weekends when required.
  • Excellent communicator with outstanding administrative skills.
  • High standard of work, particularly a high attention to detail to ensure all paperwork is submitted securely and accurately.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team, engaging with other dealership members to encourage a smooth and efficient service for customers.
