The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Management Accountant to join the Head Office team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role would ideally suit someone with previous accounts experience who is looking for the next challenge having recently completed (or close to completing) their AAT qualification.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the production of monthly management accounts
- Assisting with the submission of manufacturer composites
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Produce and issue various internal reports
- Investigation and explanation of variances in the management accounts
- Support and assistance to dealership-based accounts staff
- Working as part of a team encouraging growth and development of assistants
- Support the accounts team with Ad hoc tasks
What we are looking for:
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- AAT qualified (Level 4 studier would be considered)
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload to achieve deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with financial and non-financial members of staff
- A self-starting, willing and responsible individual
- Previous motor trade experience and knowledge of CDK would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. Study support for CIMA is available.
