We are currently recruiting for a confident, welcoming and articulate Receptionist at Listers Head Office in Stratford upon Avon.
The hours of work are as follows:
Monday – 8am-5pm
Tuesday – 8am-4pm
Thursday – 9am-5pm
Friday – 8am-5pm
At the forefront of Listers Head Office are our Receptionists, who play an integral part in the smooth running of our front of house. Within this position you will be the first port of call for our customers, visitors and staff. It is imperative that you are approachable and most importantly able to create a wonderful first impression of our business.
Role and Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting visitors into Head Office.
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and directing them onto the appropriate department.
- Administrative duties including but not limited to franking post and ordering stationary.
- Enhancing communication between internal departments making sure everyone is aware of any issues and prioritise accordingly.
About you
- Previous experience of operating a busy switchboard system is advantageous but not essential.
- Be able to meet new people, building a quick rapport to drive a great first impression.
- A confident and customer-orientated approach with the understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office.
