Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a confident, welcoming, and articulate Receptionist at Listers Head Office in Stratford upon Avon.
Working hours are Mondays 9am until 3pm and Fridays 9am until 5pm (2 days per week). You may also be required to cover additional midweek days during peak periods and holidays.
This position is initially offered on a temporary basis, up to 3 months, with the possibility of leading to a permanent role for the right candidate.
Our Receptionists are at the forefront of Listers Head Office, playing an essential role in the smooth operation of our front of house. You will be the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and staff, so it is crucial to be approachable and capable of creating a positive first impression of our business.
Role and Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting visitors at Head Office.
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls to the appropriate department.
- Performing administrative duties such as franking post and ordering stationery.
- Facilitating communication between internal departments to ensure awareness of issues and prioritization.
About you
- Experience operating a busy switchboard is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with new people and make a great first impression.
- Confident, customer-oriented approach with a strong understanding of excellent customer service.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
