Listers Group is recruiting a Retail Manager for our Volkswagen dealership in Evesham. The role focuses on leading the sales team, driving finance and insurance sales, and delivering excellent customer service.
Working hours are Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week and Sundays on a rota. OTE is £64,400 and a company car is included.
You will coach the team, ensure FCA compliance, discuss financial requirements, and propose finance options with lenders to maximise gross profit.
