Listers Group Limited is recruiting for a Retail Manager at our Toyota Dealership in Cheltenham.
Role: oversee sales growth, finance and insurance products, and a high-performing sales team.
Hours include Monday–Saturday with Sundays on a rota basis; OTE £62,000 and company car provided.
You will guide customers through finance and insurance options, maintain FCA compliance, and work closely with the sales team to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.
Training is provided.
