Listers Group Limited in Boston is recruiting for an Aftersales Manager at our Toyota Dealership. The role runs 8am–6pm Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota, and a basic salary of £40,000 with OTE up to £68,000 plus benefits, including a company car.
You will lead workshop, service and parts teams to exceed customer expectations, drive efficiency and profitably manage the centre in partnership with other department managers.
