We are currently recruiting for a Brand Performance Manager to help optimise the commercial and operational performance of Audi Birmingham. This is a full-time, permanent position reporting directly to the Head of Business, working closely with departmental leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Aftersales to ensure delivery of Audi UK standards, exceptional customer experience, and strong commercial results. Benefits include an Audi company vehicle and a basic salary up to £40,000. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
You will play a key role in driving profitability, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring alignment between New Car, Used Car, and Aftersales operations. The role requires strong analytical capability, leadership presence, and the ability to influence performance across multiple departments while acting as a key contact for Audi UK performance reviews and brand standards.
Role and Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual dealership performance targets across New Vehicle Sales, Used Car Sales, and Aftersales.
- Monitor and optimise key commercial KPIs including order bank, conversion rates, profitability, finance penetration, stock turn, and product performance.
- Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly business performance data to identify opportunities, trends, and operational risks.
- Produce detailed reporting packs for the Head of Business, senior leadership teams, and Audi UK stakeholders.
- Drive best‑in‑class customer experience standards aligned with Audi brand expectations.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics, online reputation, and customer journey performance.
- Identify customer journey pain points and implement corrective actions to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Work closely with central marketing teams and Audi UK to ensure effective execution of local marketing campaigns and showroom activity.
- Measure and evaluate ROI from marketing initiatives and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers, Business Managers, and Aftersales leaders to improve operational and commercial performance.
- Ensure all dealership processes comply with Audi UK standards, group compliance policies, and governance procedures.
- Support the implementation of new systems, products, and brand initiatives across the dealership.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to maximise effectiveness and profitability.
- Act as a key contact during Audi UK performance reviews, audits, and brand compliance assessments.
- Carry out any additional duties deemed necessary to support dealership and group objectives.
- Proven experience within automotive retail, ideally within a premium or Volkswagen Group environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering business results.
- Advanced analytical and reporting capability with strong Excel, CRM, and DMS system knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders.
- Strong understanding of customer journey optimisation, digital lead management, and finance & insurance products.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail focused with a strategic mindset.
- Passionate about delivering premium customer experiences aligned with the Audi brand.
- Full UK driving licence required.
