Job Introduction We are currently recruiting for a Retail Manager to join our Honda and Listers U Dealership in Northampton. The hours of work are 9am to 6pmMonday to Friday, with a day off in the week and working 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, 10am to 4pm on Sundays (1 in 2). Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of up to £62,000. Within each of our dealerships we have specialists who can guide and offer customers comprehensive support in all of their vehicle financing and insurance requirements. As a Retail Manager with Listers you will grow all aspects of sales gross profit, specialising in finance, insurance and value added products. You will be at the core of customer enquiries and assist in developing the sales team. Role and Responsibilities Discussing the financial requirements of our customers.
