Senior Scrub Theatre Practitioner – Liver Surgery

London Bridge Hospital, London

Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Permanent. Competitive salary.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the scrub role for complex procedures
  • Support the safe and efficient running of theatre lists and surgical pathways
  • Mentor and guide junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practice
  • Ensure high standards of infection prevention, safety and patient care are maintained
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent surgical outcomes

What You’ll Bring

  • Registered Nurse or ODP with a valid NMC or HCPC registration
  • Significant scrub experience
  • Exposure to liver cases is desirable
  • Proven experience in a senior or similar role within theatres
  • Confidence in supporting complex procedures within a fast‑paced environment
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience within clinical practice
