About the Role:
We are actively seeking to recruit an experienced Resident doctor who is registrar level to be part of the Cardiac Resident Doctor Medical Team at The Harley Street Clinic. Resident Doctors in Cardiology at HCA UK are required to work independently within their skill set to review and treat a wide spectrum of inpatients and out‑patients with short and long‑term, complex conditions, as well as formulate plans under the supervision of the Consultant in Charge or a leading Professor.

Clinical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fully assist the consultants and specialist nursing staff to ensure a high standard of patient care is delivered.
- Support new admissions to the unit, clerking patients and new drug charting.
- Accompany consultants on ward rounds at their request.
- Perform routine basic clinical skills for inpatients as required.
- Take part in audits and education of the MDT.
- Responsible for consenting patients for procedures and treatments.
What You’ll Bring:
- MBBS medical qualification.
- An additional post‑graduate qualification MRCP is essential.
- Doctors must be the equivalent level of ST4 and/or above.
- Fully registered with the GMC and current licence to practice.
- Post holder must hold current ALS certificate.
- Good inter‑personal skills with an ability to work cooperatively in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Focused bedside echo competence is desirable.
