Role: Nuclear Medicine/PET-CT Clinical Specialist Technologist

Location: The Harley Street Clinic and Leaders of Oncology Care, Harley Street, Central London, and 102 Sydney Street in Chelsea, London.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Shift Times: 7.5 hour shifts with option to move to 4 compressed days upon successful completion of probation

Salary: Competitive, dependent on skills and experience, including private healthcare.

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nuclear Medicine/PET-CT Clinical Specialist Technologist to join our Molecular Imaging team at The Harley Street Clinic and Leaders of Oncology Care, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. Our Molecular Imaging Department provides a comprehensive range of oncological and non‑oncological radioisotope imaging services, as well as radioisotope therapies. The Harley Street Clinic operates a PET/CT scanner and a SPECT/CT gamma camera, delivering diagnostic Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT and CT services. Leaders in Oncology Care is equipped with a PET/CT scanner and provides both CT and PET/CT imaging. We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine/PET‑CT Clinical Specialist Technologist to join our friendly and dynamic Molecular Imaging team. This newly created role is ideal for a highly skilled practitioner with substantial Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, driving clinical excellence and supporting service development.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a broad range of Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT examinations.
  • Contribute to radiopharmacy and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine services.
  • Support quality improvement, audit and protocol development activities.
  • Play an important role in the training, supervision and mentoring of junior staff.

What You’ll Bring

  • BSc in Nuclear Medicine, Medical Imaging or similar RTC registration.
  • SOR‑recognised IV cannulation certificate (or equivalent).
  • Previous senior‑level experience with comprehensive post‑qualification work experience in diagnostics.
  • Specialisation in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT.
  • Molecular Radiotherapy experience.
