We are recruiting for a goal‑oriented, influential Business Development Lead to manage a service line within our W1 campus. The role is responsible for liaison with hospital consultants, developing and retaining referrals, recruiting new consultants and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO, Hospital Executive team and Head of Business Development to evaluate, analyse, and interpret consultant referral patterns and trends.
- Work with Head of Business to ensure appropriate recruitment strategies support growth and development of services.
- Maintain the existing consultant body, keeping them updated on service developments and acting as a designated point of contact.
- Analyse market data for consultants and facility service lines, including referral pathway information, to identify and prioritise relationships.
- Maintain and manage consultant agreements with Legal, Finance and Contracts Departments.
- Manage market intelligence using agreed reporting mechanisms and/or a CRM system.
- Work flexibly, including some unsocial hours, to ensure appropriate links and access to consultants.
What You’ll Bring

- Evidence of success in selling and relationship building.
