About the role
We’re looking for an ambitious Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and help provide outstanding high‑level customer service to our patients. From managing a team and producing weekly rotas to cleaning private rooms and public areas, your team will play a big part in making our hospitals warm and welcoming. You’ll uphold our high standards by ensuring all areas are clean, presentable, and safe for visitors and patients.
Qualifications and attributes
- Experience supervising housekeeping teams within a similar environment.
- Great with people, able to communicate clearly with team members and customers.
- Clear understanding of the importance of legislation and regulations, including hygiene, health and safety, uniform and others.
- Completely focused on customer service, with a can‑do attitude.
- Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
