Position Food and Beverage Assistant at Lister Fertility Clinic, located at The Harborne Hospital, Birmingham. Full time, 37.5 hours/week. Shift between 06:30 and 22:00, 5 days out of 7. Permanent position, £13.36/hr + excellent benefits including private healthcare.

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you’ll bring the same pride, attention to detail and care you’d offer any customer to our patients, supporting them with high-quality, freshly prepared meals and helping them feel well looked after throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Helping patients choose meals, taking orders and delivering food across the hospital
- Preparing and collecting meal trays promptly
- Answering phone requests and communicating dietary needs to the kitchen
- Keeping work areas clean, washing utensils and maintaining hygiene standards
- Recording additional requests and following all allergen and dietary safety policies
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, retail or customer‑service experience
- Confidence in speaking with patients and colleagues
- Demonstrated pride in delivering warm, attentive service
- Good awareness of food hygiene standards
- Flexible, reliable approach during busy periods
