We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to own and scale all business-side recruiting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll partner closely with founders, hiring managers, and interviewers to drive full-cycle recruiting — from sourcing and outreach to offer and close. This is an opportunity to build from 0 → 1: to shape hiring strategy, create processes, and help define what “great” looks like across GTM at Listen Labs.
Listen Labs is the world's fastest AI research platform, built so every company can understand what their customers want, why, and what to do about it. Our AI conducts in-depth interviews, analyses conversations, and delivers executive-ready insights in hours, not weeks. Born out of a Harvard research project, Listen is trusted by teams at leading brands like Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, Perplexity, Sweetgreen, Replit, and Nestlé to bring real customer voices into their biggest product, marketing, and growth decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles.
- Craft compelling outreach and brand narratives that reflect Listen’s mission and craft.
- Build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines across functions and levels.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to close.
- Partner with founders on offer strategy, comp bands, and closing.
- Maintain data accuracy and reporting in Ashby (pipeline health, pass-through rates, source mix).
- Continuously improve interview processes, scorecards, and recruiting collateral.
- Represent Listen Labs at events and through outbound initiatives to attract top talent.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across GTM/business roles.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- A mix of agency and in-house experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing top talent in competitive markets.
- Strong storytelling and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset — you think in funnels, conversion rates, and data.
- Bias for action: you thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with minimal structure.
- Deep care for candidate experience and team partnership.
- Enjoy working in person 5 days a week in SF.
Life at Listen Labs
- Health, covered: Full medical, dental, and vision. FSA/HSA and life insurance are available too.

- Annual Learning Stipend: Books, courses, conferences, coaching, language lessons — almost anything that makes you sharper.
- Annual Wellness Stipend for your health and headspace: Gym memberships, race fees, massages, ergonomic gear, and more.
- Monthly Stipend for AI tools: A dedicated budget for the software and GPU credits that make you faster.
- Fed, daily: A private chef serves lunch and dinner in our SF office; NYC and London teams get daily meal credit.
- Flexible time off: A take-what-you-need vacation policy.
- We celebrate together: Company offsites and events like our annual holiday party — every win is a team win.
