- Own the post-sale customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key accounts
- Partner with sales to identify expansion and renewal opportunities
- Provide proactive guidance and support to maximize customer value
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap
- Develop and refine customer success playbooks as the company scales

- 4-8 Years of professional experience
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Ability to work in the office 5 days per week
- Excited to build the European presence of a fast-growing AI company
