Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analysing social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Social Media Channels β Oversee LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Content Creation & Scheduling β Develop and schedule engaging posts, graphics, reels, and video content
- Community Engagement β Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
- Hashtag & Trend Research β Identify trending topics and optimize social media content for visibility
- Campaign Management β Run organic and paid social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and lead generation
- Influencer & Partner Outreach β Collaborate with industry influencers & B2B partners for joint promotions
- Track & Analyse Performance β Use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics to measure engagement & conversions
- SEO & Hashtag Strategy β Optimize content with SEO keywords & hashtag research
- Report & Optimize β Provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in social media management & digital marketing
- Proficiency in Social Media Platforms β Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
- Content Creation Skills β Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools
- Experience in Paid Ads Management β Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads
- Strong Writing & Editing Skills β Ability to craft engaging, on-brand content
- Analytics & Reporting β Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics
- Basic Video Editing β Knowledge of tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva video editor
- Knowledge of SEO & Hashtags β Ability to increase reach and engagement
- Experience in B2B Marketing β Understanding of industrial & manufacturing sectors is a plus
