Our client, a well-established and growing Air Handling Unit Installation & Maintenance company, is looking for a flexible and multi-skilled Installation Technician to join their expanding team. With a strong reputation and steady work gained through referrals, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a team delivering high-quality installations and services across the UK.
The Role:
- This is a hands-on position requiring a versatile skill set and a willingness to work away from home.
- The role involves:
- Working on various sites across the UK – leaving Sunday night and returning Thursday night, when at extremes i.e. Edinburgh or Penfro, Wales, so some flexibility required.
- Installing and maintaining air handling units and other HVAC equipment.
- Electrical connectivity and testing.
- Offloading, lifting, and positioning equipment.
- Carrying out pressure tests.
- Cleaning and preparing units post-installation.
- Ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety standards.
- Accommodation provided in hotels & food expenses covered.
What We’re Looking For:
- Electrical background preferred, but multi-skilled candidates will be considered.
- CSCS or equivalent is a requirement & IPAF certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Trade background welcomed – ideal for someone looking for something different.
- Adaptable and able to take on a range of tasks.
