Were looking for a talented IT Senior Support Analyst to join one of our clients, a leading International Law firm. This is a key role that combines advanced technical support, service excellence, and cross office collaboration. Responsibilities Deliver high-level support and monitor team performance Ensure quality and consistency across support services Act as a senior point of contact across multiple locations What We\’re Looking For Solid experience in an IT Service Desk or Support Analyst role, ideally in a professional services or law firm environment ITIL Foundation certification or willingness to study towards it Strong understanding of ITSM systems Familiarity with law firm applications: PMS, DMS, Microsoft Office, CRM, time recording, and document comparison tools Excellent technical knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and networks Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly for onsite support and collaboration If you\’re passionate about IT support and want to be part of a highly regarded firm, please get in touch to discuss further. #J-18808-Ljbffr
