The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 € per hour.

What you will do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximise revenue.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all stages of the guest journey.
  • Provide knowledgeable, confident advice tailored to customer needs, while building strong relationships with repeat and corporate clients.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings across accommodation, dining experiences, private events and banqueting, conferences and meetings, and golf bookings/memberships.
  • Maintain accurate records in booking and CRM systems.
  • Work closely with Sales, Events, Reservations, Marketing, Golf, and Operations teams.
  • Liaise closely with operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Ensure all bookings meet internal policies and procedures.

What you will need:

  • Previous experience in sales, reservations or customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Sales-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great service.
  • Confident using booking systems and Microsoft Office.
