Part-Time Bar Waiting Staff

What Your Role will involve:

• Serve customers in a timely and courteous manner, showing good manners in all situations and personalising interactions by remembering details when possible.
• Always make yourself available to customers – nothing is too much trouble.
• Acknowledge customers entering the bar/lounge with a warm welcoming approach.
• Ensure tables are kept clear of glassware and crockery, and that they are cleaned during the course of a shift. Fridges and bar supplies should be properly stocked at the start, during, and at the end of a shift.
• Carry out all requests as business needs dictate, by a member of the management team.
• Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.

As the ideal Bar Staff, you must have:

• A flexible attitude and a keen desire to learn.
• Great timekeeping and reliability.
• Excellent attention to detail.
