Lisburn Enterprise Organisation Ltd is now seeking a Caretaker to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring our buildings, facilities, and shared spaces are maintained to a high standard, providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Routine cleaning and maintenance of internal and external areas
  • General grounds maintenance
  • Performing basic maintenance, minor repairs, and reporting issues requiring specialist attention across all areas and buildings
  • Monitor waste on site and ensure waste areas are tidy at all times
  • Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance required
