Lagan Valley Island 2 Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours) Positions 1 Fixed Term, Part-Time (29.6 hours) Position until 31st August 2028 Salary: PO1, NJC Spinal Column Points 29-32 £39,862 - £42,839 per annum, pro rata. The postholder will be responsible for: Managing and processing planning applications, enforcement of planning control, preparation of development plans, policy and other related professional technical duties necessary for the effective and efficient running of the planning function.
