The predicted salary is between 15.06 - 15.06 £ per hour.

Location: Lagan Valley Island

Duration: Fixed term for 3 years or for the duration of the apprenticeship and subject to successful completion of apprenticeship and ring-fences process will be placed in a permanent post.

Salary: Scale 4 SCP9 - 13, £14.13 - £15.06 per hour, £27,254 - £29,064 per annum

Apprenticeship schemes are a great opportunity to combine learning, training and work experience. The post holder will be required to complete a Higher-Level Apprenticeship in Cyber Security with Cloud and Networking Infrastructure.

As a member of the I.T. Unit the post holder will be required to:

  • Work as part of a team, concentrating on day-to-day helpdesk and hardware/software support duties.
  • Provide support for the staff at Civic Centre, Leisure Centres, Community Centres, Elected Members and any other Council sites requiring I.T services.
