Location: Lagan Valley Island

Duration: Fixed term for 4 years or for the duration of the apprenticeship and subject to successful completion of apprenticeship.

Salary: Scale 4 SCP9 - 13, £14.13 - £15.06 per hour, £27,254 - £29,064 per annum

Apprenticeship schemes are a great opportunity to combine learning, training and work experience. The post holder will be required to complete a Higher-Level Apprenticeship in Business Technology.

As a member of the Innovation Unit the post holder will be required to:

  • Work as part of a team, concentrating on IT & Digital Transformation projects and supporting the wider team in project activities.
  • Provide support for the staff across Council sites requiring support with digital applications and digital lead projects.
