Location: Lough Moss – Permanent, part‑time (1 position). Salary: Scale 3, NJC Spinal Column Points 7‑9, £26,403‑£27,254 per annum, pro‑rata (plus employer pension contribution).

Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional customer service experience for visitors, members and potential members.
- Sell all relevant Sports & Leisure services and products to existing and potential customers, and promote all relevant Council services, events and programmes.
- Handle associated financial transactions using Leisure Management Software.
- Assume other delegated duties reasonably assigned by the Operations Manager and Operations Coordinator, including covering leave and other absences across Sports and Leisure facilities.
