Duration: Fixed Term - 1 Year Placement

Salary: Scale 1C, NJC Spinal Column Point 4 (plus employer pension contribution)

This role will primarily be placed within the Organisational Development section of Human Resources, supporting learning and development throughout the Council. This role also aims to support the development of a recently introduced integrated HR and Payroll information system (HRIS) and accompanying changes in processes and procedures.

The placement student will also gain an insight into all aspects of the wider HR and OD service by supporting functions such as Recruitment and Selection, and Employee Relations when additional support is required.
