Location: Lagan Valley Island Job Title: HR & OD Officer Full time 37 hours per week- Permanent Salary: Scale PO2, NJC Spinal Column Points 31-34 £40,476- £43,693 (plus 19% employer pension contribution)1 Deliver better lives for all, whilst enhancing your career. Working closely with the HR & OD Manager you will be required to provide a high quality HR & OD service to the Council in support of the corporate plan & strategic workforce plan. You will play a full role across all areas of the HR & OD function, inputting creative solutions to HR & OD issues and challenges and providing professional advice on HR & OD practice.
