What You\'ll Be Doing
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver marketing strategies that attract both healthcare professionals (nurses, support workers, healthcare assistants) and healthcare providers.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, social, email, content) to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Create compelling campaigns to engage candidates, from showcasing job opportunities to running virtual events and webinars.
- Support client acquisition and retention with tailored marketing collateral and nurturing campaigns.
- Produce content (blogs, newsletters, whitepapers) that speaks directly to the needs of candidates and employers.
- Monitor multi campaign performance, analyse ROI, and provide insights to shape future strategy.
- Safeguard our brand reputation by ensuring compliance with industry regulations, GDPR, and ethical standards.
- 4–6 years of marketing experience, ideally within recruitment, staffing, or healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Indeed, CRM, email marketing).
- Proven success in lead generation, campaign management, and driving measurable results.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Availability to travel nationally.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or healthcare sector marketing.
- Knowledge of compliance standards within healthcare and recruitment.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Logic Melon).
- Event/webinar management experience.
- A professional marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent).
