Chinese Speaking Experienced Solicitor or Paralegal
Full‑time position based at Elephant and Castle, London. Competitive remuneration depending on experience and qualification.
Responsibilities
Managing own caseload independently or with limited supervision
Taking clients' instructions
Drafting documents, letters and contracts tailored to client"’s need
Supervising junior paralegals, trainees and legal assistants
Dealing with new and existing client enquiries
Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the law
Performing other tasks as required by the firm from time to time
Qualifications
Extensive experience in conveyancing or immigration or both
Strong ability to deliver client"’s instructions efficiently
Experience handling large caseloads
Good attention to detail and personal organisation skills
Client‑service focused
Highly dedicated and motivated
Fluent in Chinese and English, both verbal and written
At least 2 years experience in Immigration or Property Law
