Lisa Wright Recruitment is supporting a client in their search for a proactive, customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join their busy IT team. This is a key role, providing technical support to lawyers, partners, and business support colleagues, ensuring they have reliable, secure, and well-supported technology.
** Option of working from Spalding, Huntingdon, Birmingham or Nottingham office locations **
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver first-line IT support via phone, email, remote tools, and in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, and network issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and legal applications (e.g., iManage).
- Build, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Maintain inventories, adhere to security standards, and assist with IT projects.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Previous experience in professional services, financial, or legal environments.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and user administration.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information.
- Experience with legal applications, networking, or remote working technologies.
- ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications.
- Approachable, patient, and service-oriented.
- Detail-focused, collaborative, and adaptable.
- Office-based with some hybrid working depending on business needs.
