This rare opportunity has arisen due to an upcoming retirement and offers the chance to work closely with the business director and two experienced administrators. You’ll enjoy plenty of autonomy, the ability to make a real impact, and the chance to grow alongside the company for the long term. With flexible hours, part-time options available, and a Monday–Friday working week with no weekends, this role also offers an excellent work-life balance.
