Lisa Wright Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Part-Time Administrator / Office Administrator to join a successful and growing family-run business with offices in Glinton, Peterborough and Essendine, Rutland. This is a varied and hands-on administration role, ideal for an experienced Administrator, Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant who enjoys supporting a busy office and being involved in a wide range of tasks.
The Role: As an Administrator, you will support the day-to-day running of the office, including:
- Inputting invoices onto the system
- General filing and administrative duties
- Handling phone calls and email enquiries
- Providing PA support to the Directors
- Assisting wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly
This is a busy office-based role, so the ability to multitask and stay organised is key.
The Ideal Administrator:
