Our client, a market leading manufacturing firm based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire are looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join their European Export team. The successful applicant will offer logistics and sales support to external colleagues and business customers from the Czech Republic. Due to the requirements of this role, we are seeking an individual who is able to speak Czech. This is essential to be considered for this opportunity as Customer Support Administrator.
The Job:
- Handle inbound calls, sales enquiries, order updates, service and logistic issues.
- Manage email and web enquiries.
- Produce and manage quotations.
- Process sales orders.
- Manage, investigate and resolve customer complaints and order queries.
- Update and maintain internal CRM system.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure commitments are achieved.
- General administration.
The Company:

- Previous experience of working in a product based/B2B role would be an advantage.
