Role Overview

We are seeking compassionate and qualified addiction counsellors to deliver our structured recovery programme via online video calls. This role offers flexibility, professional growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one counselling tailored to individual client needs.
  • Support clients dealing with various addictions, including alcohol, cocaine, and other substances.
  • Guide clients through our 8-week recovery programme, integrating therapy sessions, video modules, worksheets, and accountability calls.
  • Empower clients to understand and overcome the root causes of their addiction.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in counselling (or equivalent).
  • Professional experience working with addiction or substance misuse clients.
  • Registration with a professional body such as BACP.
  • Personal experience with recovery or supporting a loved one with addiction is a strong asset.
