The Opportunity
NADclinic and Lisa Franklin London are seeking an experienced, confident and personableIndependent Nurse Prescriberto join our collaborative clinical team at The Experience Centre on Wimpole Street.
Bringing together advanced skin health, cellular wellbeing, functional diagnostics and personalised longevity services, The Experience Centre offers a more integrated approach to helping clients look, feel and function at their best.
We are looking for a practitioner who combines sound clinical judgement with an exceptional standard of patient care, and who shares our commitment to considered, personalised treatment.
This is a flexible freelance opportunity, suited to an experienced nurse prescriber looking to work within a progressive, multidisciplinary private clinic alongside an existing professional practice or other commitments.
The Role
You will support the delivery of our clinical, IV therapy and longevity services, providing consultations, prescribing and treatment administration within your professional scope of practice.
There is also the opportunity to contribute to our aesthetic and regenerative skin treatments where appropriately qualified and experienced.
Working alongside our medical practitioners, Lisa Franklin and the wider clinical team, you will help deliver a seamless patient experience, from initial consultation and assessment through to treatment, aftercare and ongoing optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Consultation & Prescribing:Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assess medical histories and treatment suitability, obtain informed consent and prescribe appropriate therapies within your professional competence.
IV Therapy:Safely administer and monitor intravenous therapies, including NAD+ and other clinically appropriate infusion treatments, following agreed clinical protocols.
Longevity & Diagnostics:Contribute to personalised health and longevity consultations, reviewing relevant diagnostic findings and supporting individualised recommendations within your area of competence.
Patient Experience:Provide attentive, discreet and reassuring care, ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable and confident throughout their experience.
Clinical Governance:Maintain accurate clinical records, uphold infection prevention and medicines-management standards, and work in accordance with applicable NMC, CQC and professional requirements.
Aftercare & Continuity:Provide appropriate follow-up care, recognise and manage adverse reactions or complications, and ensure timely escalation when necessary.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration:Work closely with medical and aesthetic practitioners to support coordinated treatment recommendations and high standards of care.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a valid PIN.
- Independent Prescribing qualification (V300), recorded with the NMC.
- Demonstrable competence in IV cannulation, infusion administration and patient monitoring.
- Experience of clinical consultations, prescribing and patient assessment.
- Sound understanding of medicines management, contraindications, patient safety and emergency procedures.
- Appropriate professional indemnity covering the services undertaken.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, compassionate and reassuring approach.
- Ability to exercise independent clinical judgement while working collaboratively with a wider medical team.
- Meticulous attention to clinical documentation, confidentiality and patient care.
Highly Desirable
- Experience in IV wellness therapies, including NAD+ infusions.
- An interest in functional medicine, longevity, preventive health and performance optimisation.
- Familiarity with diagnostic assessments, biomarkers and personalised health programmes.
- Experience working within a premium private medical, wellness or aesthetic environment.

This opportunity offers flexible clinic sessions agreed in advance, with the potential to develop the arrangement as the services grow.
Specific clinical responsibilities, availability, remuneration and aftercare arrangements will be agreed with the successful practitioner.
