Role Overview
As a Clinic Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and clients, ensuring every visit is seamless, luxurious, and personalised. You will manage bookings, check-ins and check-outs, and provide expert guidance on treatments and retail skincare products. This role requires a balance of operational efficiency, warm customer engagement, and sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Reception Duties
Greet and check in patients and clients, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Manage appointment bookings, reschedules, and cancellations with efficiency.
Handle client check-outs, ensuring a smooth payment process.
Provide aftercare advice and follow-up communication post-treatment.
Assist clients with general inquiries about treatments, products, and services.
Sales & Upselling
Confidently recommend skincare products suited to patient/clients’ needs.
Proactively upsell treatments and add-on services based on client concerns.
Support promotions and campaigns by educating clients on special offers.
Achieve personal and team sales targets for products and treatments.
Administrative & Operational Support
Ensure accurate records, including consultation forms and preferences.
Monitor and manage daily schedules to maximise booking efficiency.
Maintain reception and retail areas to reflect the clinic’s luxury standards.
Assist with stock management and ordering of retail products.
Process payments and manage invoicing.
