This just in – an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of the team at Lisa Eldridge. We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Supply Chain Planner to join our fast-growing and fast-paced team.

The Supply Chain Planner is a supporting role to implement production plans for finished goods for both NPD and restocks. Working closely with Product Development and Ops & Fulfilment, you will help manage the procurement cycle, working to ensure orders can be processed in a timely manner. You will be responsible for the purchasing and stock control of product and packaging, project management of free-issue components for NPD and replenishment orders of existing SKUs.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and contribute to building excellent relationships with strategic partners.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Strategies, manage and create the supply planning forecast working closely with the Ops & NPD team.
  • Manage component inventory with suppliers directly, working with Ops and Fulfilment Manager in reconciliation of reports.
  • Creating and issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers after internal sign off.
  • Management and reconciliation of the PO tracker.
  • Track and review orders for production through to delivery.
  • Working with suppliers and manufacturers maintaining excellent relationships to ensure project timings are maintained.
  • Share best practices and ideas with your team; involve teams to achieve the most efficient ways of working.
  • Resolve or escalate supply issues promptly through collaboration and always aim for continuous improvement in supply chain.
Requirements and Experience
  • Strong supply chain experience within beauty or similar categories within an FMCG environment.
  • Experience of production/planning and scheduling desirable.
  • Experience in creating BOMs.
  • Highly organised and detail oriented.
  • Broad-based commercial understanding.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience minimum.
