Our brand merges professional artistry with modern luxury to create high-quality products that deliver naturally enhanced skin and un-dupable colour. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to drive our product roadmap, market insights, and storytelling.

As Product Marketing Manager, you will be a key strategic driver in shaping our product innovation pipeline, identifying market opportunities, and developing go-to-market strategies. You will be responsible for delivering insights, competitive analysis, trend forecasting, and product positioning to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  • Conduct deep market research to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and whitespace opportunities within luxury beauty (makeup & skincare).
  • Develop compelling business cases and product briefs for new innovations, ensuring they align with brand identity and business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Product Development team to shape formulas, shades, and packaging with strong market relevance.

Go-to-Market Strategy, Launch Planning & BAU

  • Work with the NPD team to build calendar for launches and marketing team to calendar for franchise, category and product education - Deeper storytelling and repromotes.
  • Work with the Marketing and Social team to develop go-to-market plans for new products and shade extensions, outlining positioning, messaging, and launch tactics.
  • Work with the e-commerce & design team to ensure that all assets are created that are needed for launch and sustain to optimise conversion.
  • Define core product messaging, unique selling points (USPs), and key benefits tailored to different audiences (B2C, retail partners, professional makeup artists).
  • Collaborate with Creative, Digital, and Retail teams to develop assets, campaigns, and education materials that bring the product vision to life.
  • Partner with Retail & Sales teams to ensure a seamless in-store and online launch experience, providing sales tools, training, and merchandising recommendations.
  • Work with the marketing, e-commerce and social team on content refresh and re-promotes for existing product.
  • Work with the e-commerce and CRP team for messaging for website for merchandising new and existing product to optimise up and cross sell.
  • Stay ahead of industry shifts by tracking global beauty trends, innovation drivers, and consumer behaviour across digital, social, and retail spaces.
  • Present regular trend & competitive landscape reports to key stakeholders, helping shape long-term brand strategy.
  • Identify key cultural moments and influencer-driven beauty movements to integrate into brand storytelling.

Performance Analysis & Optimisation

  • Monitor product performance post-launch using sales data, customer feedback, and engagement metrics.

5+ years of experience in NPD, Product Marketing or Consumer Insights within the beauty industry.

  • Passion for luxury colour cosmetics and skincare, with deep knowledge of market dynamics and consumer preferences.
  • Proven track record of launching successful beauty products and driving brand growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
  • Experience working closely with Product Development, PR and Digital teams to bring products to market.
