This opportunity is for freelance makeup artists who are looking to support the team in store. We are looking for artists who have strong flexibility and availability, particularly around key trading periods. This is not a permanent role and will be offered on a freelance basis. Typical availability would be 2-3 days per week, depending on business needs.
Responsibilities:- Deliver amazing customer service; understand customer needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Deliver thoughtful and bespoke artistry services to our customers.
- Attend all brand product and artistry training (provided to support freelance artists in confidently representing the brand).
- Drive and deliver on sales targets.
- Act as an outstanding brand ambassador.
- Ensure all customers leave knowing about the Lisa Eldridge story, values and products.
- Follow the brand’s grooming standards.
- Ensure you are a supportive team player.
- Adapt to working on a freelance basis, supporting the team during key trading periods, launches and events.
