Job Purpose
We are looking for a commercially minded, detail-obsessed Ecommerce Manager to take day-to-day ownership of our proprietary website, managing the digital journey from discovery through to conversion. This role is important for our next stage of growth online and is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering customer experience and commercial performance.
You’ll lead the optimisation of our ecommerce and digital activities day-to-day, overseeing everything from paid search and email marketing to on-site optimisation to digital content. You will work on CRO strategy in conjunction with our front-end designer. Leading digital performance-led campaigns and ensuring these are integrated across channels, and optimised for acquisition and retention.
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Paid search/social strategy alongside our agency
- Email marketing best practices, including automation, segmentation and personalisation techniques
- Hitting agreed KPIs e.g. Conv rate, AOV, repeat customer rate
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, in-house development team
- Attend events as required to assist with promotional activity
- Working in other areas of Lisa Angel, as necessary based on needs of the business
