Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join Wolverhampton’s Children with Disabilities (CWD) team.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking Single Assessments
- Worked creatively to craft packages of support that meet the needs of the child and their family in partnership, considering wider family, community resources and local authority services
- Undertaking regular reviews via Children In Need reviews, Looked after Child Reviews
- Allocating caseload and duty system
- Applying the assessment triangle and any such matrices that indicate levels of support applied by individual local authorities
- Funding or Direct Payments
- Supporting Newly Qualified Social Workers with the complexity of their cases

Qualifications and Experience:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK license
