Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join Wolverhampton’s Children with Disabilities (CWD) team.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking Single Assessments
  • Worked creatively to craft packages of support that meet the needs of the child and their family in partnership, considering wider family, community resources and local authority services
  • Undertaking regular reviews via Children In Need reviews, Looked after Child Reviews
  • Allocating caseload and duty system
  • Applying the assessment triangle and any such matrices that indicate levels of support applied by individual local authorities
  • Funding or Direct Payments
  • Supporting Newly Qualified Social Workers with the complexity of their cases

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK license
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
