We are seeking an experienced, motivated and confident Team Manager for our client to lead and manage an Assessment & Intervention Team. The successful candidate will provide strong professional leadership, ensuring that children, young people and families receive high-quality, timely and effective assessments and interventions.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Lead, manage and motivate a team of practitioners within the Assessment & Intervention service.
  • Provide clear direction, support and professional leadership to team members.
  • Allocate work appropriately and ensure caseloads are effectively managed.
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, workload and professional development

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
